Meet Margo
Hello! I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. I founded Pair of Ducks Coaching because I’m passionate about supporting my clients to lead their most fulfilling lives.
I truly believe in the power of coaching, both from having seen the transformations that my clients have undergone and from having gained so much myself through being coached. Personally, coaching has helped me effect changes as large as finding the courage to make an international move to as small as shifting my habitual thoughts when I experience a setback in my workday.
Outside of my coaching practice, I lead strategic projects and business operations for Google’s global learning and development organization. I have over a decade of experience in human resources, ranging from learning and development to recruiting to people management. [Please note that Pair of Ducks is independent from my work at Google.]
Prior to Google, I served as a diplomat with the U.S. Department of State. I adore traveling to new places and have lived across three continents. Having spent four years in Tokyo, Japan, I recently relocated back to the United States. I’m currently living my dream of becoming a homeowner in New Hope, Pennsylvania, with my husband and kitty.
